You will get the entire house with an equipped kitchen. The’s a private garage so you don’t have to park by the alley. Belle, the hostess was friendly and accommodating. She’s always there if you need anything or questions you may have. Breakfast was served right at the porch. The house is a bit far out from the noisy city center but also reachable. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby which is very convenient. We loved how they allow pet here. As well we felt at home and comfy. If we happen to be in hua hin again, we definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone

This place is exceptional from any point of view , the location sea view , the comfort of the villa and its privacy , the staff and service. Definitely the best choice if you want a one of a kind experience in Huahin.
The host was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens, good sized swimming pool and just a short walk to a lake and two beaches. The villa itself was clean, large and had a well equipped kitchen. Outside was a deck with seating and sun loungers. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance.
We hired a car at Bangkok airport. The host communicated well with us and sent the exact location. The drive is around 3-4 hours. The villa is in a great location, night markets, shopping malls, temples restaurants etc are all nearby. The villa is fully equipped, exceptionally clean and fairly quiet. It has 4 bedroom with 3 having direct access to the pool.
3 bathrooms. Parking is on the property too! The host Memee is wonderful and very attentive, also arranged massage at the villa. Most impressed!
My stay was excellent. Perfect location outside the city set in a beautiful enclave facing khao tao lake. The villas and surroundings are clean and well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful. My favourite place in the area

very large traditional clean villa. Grounds and pool lovely set aside lake for walks etc. Small fishing village close by with plenty of good restaurants. Host Darin was really pleasant & helpful ensuring we had what we needed during our stay.
The villa is spacious and fully equipped with facilities we need eg. Nintendo switch games, pool table, food containers and cutleries, fridge with complimentary ice cream and a pack of water. The bedrooms, bathrooms and the swimmingpool are super clean.
First time coming to hua hin, Location was perfect for what we needed, perfect for our dog too, entrance to the lake from the Villa, and a short drive or walk to the local beach, the Villa was nice and clean including pool area etc
staff were very nice and let us in as soon as we arrived.
