Amazing garden, very clean rooms. Phorn was very kind and helpful with us, special thanks to her! You definitely need a car from this location if you would like to explore the island. If you need a peaceful and quiet stay, this is the perfect place, and you can also find amazing local restaurants in a walking distance (Thai Mama is highly recommended).

Our stay at El Cid Villa in Koh Samui was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the stunning viewpoint from our private pool and the main bedroom – it was nothing short of magical.
The real highlight of our stay, however, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts, Reynold and Nikki. Upon our arrival, we encountered an issue where we couldn't find our friend who was supposed to meet us at the villa. Reynold went above and beyond, searching for him until he was found. This set the tone for our entire week. Reynold and Nikki were always available and incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect in every way. They truly are the heart and soul of this property.
During our stay, Reynold showcased his grilling skills by cooking us dinner twice, and Nikki's breakfasts were eagerly anticipated each morning. Their culinary expertise added an extra special touch to our experience.
The location of El Cid Villa offers breathtaking views, which do come with a bit of a challenge in terms of accessibility. However, Reynold made everything easier by organizing taxis and helping us rent scooters, which we thoroughly enjoyed riding up and down from the villa, making us feel like locals.
If you're looking for a stay that's right in the middle of all the island action, this might not be the place for you. But if you seek tranquility and some of the most beautiful views imaginable, El Cid Villa is perfect. While it does take a longer journey to reach places like Chaweng, we found the peace and stunning scenery well worth it.
Overall, we loved our time at El Cid Villa and can't wait to return in the future. Highly recommended for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

The size, the pool, location for things to do. We got married on the balcony overlooking the ocean, it was a beautiful view. The site manger was so helpful and always made our stay comfortable. I have so many pictures of this house… we basically had a hotel to our selves. Watching the monkeys get the coconuts from the tree next door was amazing, then when we went out to watch they gave us a coconut. How you view the pictures is how it looks. The owners of the property are also beyond helpful.

It was such a beautiful villa with private pool overlooking the sea and its just a stone throw away to the beaches. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even made the room for us since it is our anniversary 🥹
Quite further away from the airport but it was a quite town if you want to unwind and relax. Easy access just opposite there is a convenience store and 7-11. Few walks down there are seafood restaurants. And the resort breakfast was so good!
We loved the hotel! We stayed in the beachfront villa and it was so lovely. The vills was right on the sea front with chairs and hammocks outside so we were able to sit on the veranda whilst looking at the sea!
Food in the restaurant was excellent and staff were wonderful, always happy to go the extra mile.

Most beautiful beachfront property. The room and private pool area were both spotless. Our breakfast view was amazing and they had a really nice selection of freshly prepared foods (both Thai and English alongside a large selection of drinks). Loved this place, very relaxing and great views from the beachfront villa. Very friendly staff. Next to the villas, there is a nice Thai restaurant with a cute café and if you walk 10 minutes along the road to the other side, you will find a nice beach bar.
Amazing location on the beachfront for relax lovers. Is a local owned humble place but very "islandy".
The luxury villa is just 15 mt from the water, you can hear the waves sound all the time. Big room with two double beds, nice bathroom, very good open space in front of the room door, with a kitchenette. Many amenities provided when I came (tea, coffeee, chips, little cake). It worth every penny.
