Beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed villa, not far from Grace Bay. Nice option for those looking for a more private vacation away from the crowds. Private pool with villa, very nice for small kids who can wade in the shallow water. 5 min walk to a beautiful beach with hardly anyone else around.
The comfort of the room. It was a perfect set up: luxury, coffee and free water bottles (no plastic - they recycle). The attention from the staff without being too pushy, they were friendly and respected our space. I loved Grace Bay Beach: the water is clean, transparent and there is no littering - I could not even find a cigarette butt in the sand! You can take a long walk on the beach (extremelly safe) and still find natural beauty - look out for pelicans! The bar offered the best pina coladas!

Villa was clean and gorgeous - had everything we needed and more. Short walk to the beach that is spectacular - it felt like we had our own private beach. Water stays shallow very far from shore which was perfect for our kids (ages 7&9). Loved relaxing in the elevated gazebo with beautiful views and a nice breeze each evening. Daphny the property manager was outstanding - 100% customer service!! Thank you ☺️

to the beach. It’s facing the so you have a very beautiful night view, yet it’s quiet. The villa is exspectacular, the pictures speak for themselves! Daily housekeeping and 24 hr security guard. The house is well equipped. Cute bedrooms, the private bathrooms are spacious, and modern with enough closets. The view from the room at night is amazing ❤️!
The host was at the car rental waiting for us and she drove to the property. She was available, quick to respond at all times. Just great place and Villa. Best beach to be. Villa with all comforts.

Location is ideal, the beach, private pool, and view were magnificent. I've never seen water so clear. This is a great beach for little ones. Perfect place to watch a sunset and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance (Las Brisas) Clean, modern villa with many wow factors. Photos don't compare to the real thing. Gorgeous place.
