The property is in a very remote interiors area, its an off-road drive for almost 2-4km with no street lights especially if you are driving in the night and there are no sign boards. Even on the property there is no mention of the African Villa etc..
The Guard was very helpful but only if you can speak in French, I was lucky my collogue could speak in French.
If booking please either pay in advance or carry cash for your payment as they are no POS machine to swipe at the VILLA and there are no ATM's around, you either have to drive back to the Airport or go into another town to look for an ATM.

We booked last minute and we were lucky to find this place for a very reasonable price. It's located 5 minutes walk to the beach and has a lovely pool. The owner lives upstairs and is ready to help with anything you might need, taxis etc but not intrusive. Breakfast and meals are available, we had a very nice pasta for lunch and a good breakfast too. The room was very big and had a cupboard and fan and the bathroom was big and clean. Value for money compared to other accommodation we found in Senegal.

what was supposed to be just a starting accommodation close to the airport, turned out to be the highlight of our 2 weeks vacation in Senegal. Angelo and his staff are great, the food is good and affordable, and Angelo is full of tips for better enjoying and understanding the village and the country.
On top of that, the Toubab Dialao is a very pleasant village that allows one to chill, relax and at the same time discover the more authentic part of Senegal.
Super beautiful studio. Little kitchen perfect size. Amazing gardens and pool. We wished we were have stayed longer (only went one night as it was nearby the airport). They came picked us up at the airport - gave us recommendations - perfect service. They organised transport to Sine-Saloum. Would recommend for a longer stay as it is very nice and near a village and beaches
Tasteful enclosed villa with pool, good spacious rooms with kitchens, nice garden with birds, reasonable walking distance to beach, but quieter than staying actually at the centre of the village. Very nice food. Very helpful hosts.

Peaceful oasis close to the Dakar international airport. In a rural area 15 minutes walk from a small fishing village/beach. The owner is amazing and picked me up at the airport around 3 am because of a delayed flight.
The room was basically a self contained apartment which was very comfortable.
Breakfast was self ordered, made by the owner and delivered to the room terrace at an agreed time.
The owner also gave me a great local tour of the beach and village before returning to the airport at 1 pm for my onward flight.
The kind and helpful Angelo runs this place and it is clear that he and his wife have put a lot of thought and effort into making this place comfortable for the guests. I would strongly recommend it because it is well located (near the airport and not far from Dakar), it's in a pleasant village with a great beach, it's good value for money (in a country where that it is often not the case), but most of all because Angelo will help and advise you on your travels in Senegal. Thanks!
Amazing hotel in a small fishing village about 30 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended. A very friendly and helpful Italian owner will support you with anything you possibly would need.
