The location of the lodge is very good, with some hiking trails accessible from the lodge. The cottage is cosy and has everything you need. I liked the yard, barbecue facilities. Great place to stay with a dog.

Even though it's in a remote location, there were no bugs, and the house was clean and cozy.
The kitchen is more than well equipped and there is also a cauldron (bogrács) for cooking outside.

Located on the main road through Zuberec this hotel is easy to find as it is well marked. The rooms are spacious. WiFi worked well, but was very slow in the room. Excellent hot showers. Quiet. Friendly English speaking staffmember.
There is a Tourist Information and a Coop supermarket nearby. Saturday after 12:00 all shops in Zuberec are closed, except for one place in the village that closes at 6PM, but also closed on Sunday. Bus stop is near the village church (pri Kostole) at walking distance.
We had a very comfortable stay. The entire team here was nice and very helpful. This villa is ideal for a peaceful getaway as it has a great scenic view amidst the valleys/mountains. Also located at comfortable distance from other nice places to visit with various activities. We had a memorable stay and would love to come back again anytime whenever we have a chance to. The rooms are large and spacious with all the amenities of a luxury villa. Thank you for all!
A well run guest house. Impeccably clean and with warm welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our time here and they were very flexible to accommodate our group. The house is set in a very quiet and picturesque location that is at the same time right in the heart of the village centre. Highly recommended stay here. Thanks Family Skerda. The property was located in the middle of the village which made for easy access as well as many things being within walking distance, but not right next to any main roads which was very nice since you couldn’t hear any cars driving round constantly
It felt very homely and the owners were very kind in greeting us and showing us around when we arrived
Penzion Skerda is very cozy accommodation directly in the village of Zuberec. We had a warm welcome from the owner. Our room had cute furniture in a traditional slovak style. Bed materess and sheets were very comfy. Kitchen was also very well equipped, we even had a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee capsules in the room. This was definitely one of our most comfortable accommodations we have ever experienced.
