A wonderful place in the middle of nowhere, only peace and quiet around, for some it may be a problem that the nearest large city is a few kilometers away, but it didn't bother us at all. The house was well equipped with all the most necessary things. The owner is a great person, it was nice to talk to him, he even offered us a ride to a more distant place, but we were already tired after the whole day. At the end we received a bottle of wine as a gift, I highly recommend.

Most people would come by car but we travelled by local train so just under 1km flat walk from station.

The location is very nice up in the mountains near the ski resort. Less than 10 minutes to get to town for groceries, petrol, and other needs. Building is pretty new and pretty quiet in the evenings. Apartment is nicely laid out. Was nicely located from several attractions in the area that were of interest to us including Orava Castle, the UNESCO World Heritage Village of Vlkolínec, one of the wooden articulated churches in the area located in Leštiny and more.
Very nice guesthouse situated at the very end of a village (formally part of the town Dolny Kubin but in reality a small village in the mountains). Surrounded by nature, very quiet place. Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony, very good breakfast, a lot of parking space. Fabulous castle Oravsky hrad within less than 20 minutes of driving.
The apartmant situated in a charming, relaxing little village. In front of the house a small stream flows.
The Lady Owner is very welcoming and helpful. The spacious apartment is elegantly furnished and homely. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Sparkling clean ewerywhere. We thank you for seeing a fireplace fire for the first time in our lives.
