The location. It’s the only house so close to the city centre with the garden. So it’s really ideal for the families with kids. There’s a garden in front and in the back of the house. The interior is skilfully refurbished with old and new tans amenities. It has a washing machine, fridge and spacious bathroom. I would welcome the dishwasher personally but I am aware it’s my laziness speaking. There are beautiful flowers all over the front and back garden that I loved to water (but I guess if you don’t like to water the plants, the owners will take care of it). Btw the owners live just above this guest house in the neighbouring property and are super kind and warm hearted.

We´ve booked this accommodation twice this summer, because we really liked it the first time. It has everything you need for a nice and relaxed family holiday, also very recommended if you have a dog, because the garden if fully surrounded by fence. It´s in a peaceful location of Banská Štiavnica outskirts and you will need to drive if you want to go to historical city center. But there are parking possibilities available, near the center, from which you would need a short walk.
The accommodation has two separate bedrooms with double beds, one open mezzanine with double bed (this is a nice place for kids to sleep and hide, but not suitable fore small children due to the steep stairs). Overall, we really recommend this place, even in the rainy weather you can enjoy the sheltered terrace with seating and if sunny, you can use the gas barbecue.

We knew that the hotel is located on the Main Street, very close to everything so it was one of the decision makers. We visited your coffee place few times before so we were sure it will be quality guaranteed but not in our wildest dreams we were expecting such a high level of professionalism, comfort and modern amenities. We were slightly sceptic staying in an antique looking hotel (previous experiences) but everything was modern, clean, unique… truly a luxurious boutique experience. Thank you we will stay again!
Beds were new and comfortable, otherwise basic finishing. Location convenient with private parking. Nice old building at the end of the village. Very quiet.
A villa with amazing character; we stayed in the ground floor big apartment which is absolutely stunning. Beautiful garden and just a few minutes walk from the main street of Banska Stiavnica. Staff very friendly! Bonus to also get a nice breakfast served; if possible in the garden.

Apartment is big enough for 4 persons. Kitchen is nice and dining table is cosy. Huge television in the bed/living room.
Beautiful room, which really gives You a feeling of old times with an exceptional breakfast. We visited in the winter, but being able to stay in the garden in the summer must be even more amazing. The villa is located in the centre, parking was for a fee but was available in the property.
We had an amazing apartment, very spacious, quiet, great view, and well equipped. Beatuful bathroom. The yard is an awesome place for kids the play, they wanted to stay there for hours. We had a good breakfast at the villa.
The Villa is a thousand times more charming than the official pictures will show you. Breakfast in the garden was amazing, the hosts incredibly sweet (even if we didn’t speak each other’s language). The room had all the comfort, and the location os perfect.

It was a great experience staying at this charming villa, it is beautifuly decorated with antiques, very clean and comfortable. It is very calm and quiet and we had the chance to visit the villa and enjoy its beauty.
The breakfast was delicious and each member of the staff was very kind and welcoming. It's definitely worth the price.
