We had the most wonderful time at this magical home. Soča is fairly busy with tourists but here we had our own slice of paradise, large garden surrounded by trees and mountains but still very easy to walk to the river and other activities. Natasha was an amazing host, she stopped by and gave us great tips on what to do during our stay.

We loved the place! Spacious, beautiful, well equiped, with 2 terraces, sauna, garage, bicycles... I couldn't imagine it to be better! And the location was fantastic - kind of magic to live in the old village in the completely new house. Great place for walks by the river, near to the Bohinj lake, so you can go when the crowd is over. After one week of staying there, we regreted we planned the second one in Croatia 😁

The house is comfortable and clean. It is equipped with all necessities. Christine was very helpful and saw to all our needs. The location of the house is perfect as it has a bakery with fresh produce every morning, 2 supermarket and 3 restaurants only few minutes away by walk. On Saturday morning there is also a local market near by. The village itself is beautiful and very quiet. We could find Parking in bays near by for free. But check with the local agency if you need to park near the post office or markets as they told us there are new regulations.

Nice house, dog friendly (except for the stairs leading up to the bedrooms, they are very steep, dogs need to be carried upstairs) so if you are not very mobile this may be a challenge for you even without a dog to carry. Owner is extremely welcoming and nice. All necessary equipment is in the house, kitchen very well equipped, washing machine available. It is a little outside of Tolmin in a mountain village so very calm surroundings!
It looks better than on the photos. Lovely hosts- you feel really like in a guest house, and this is a beautifully renovated old village house, with phenomenal views on the valley and gorgeous sunset you can enjoy from the terrace. Also a lit of possibilities for activities- Soca..water sports, hikes, Tolmin gorges (even with small kids), train to Bohinj or Bled, biking..We will be back
It’s a lovely guesthouse in a small village about 10-15 minute drive from Tolmin. Nina is an amazing host - so kind and helping. Everything is perfectly clean and the house has a lovely outdoor area. Since we wanted to visit the seaside, Soča river, Krn and the Triglav National Park, this was a great location in the middle of it all.
Everything was really good, the hosts were really nice, you can have a meal there wich is good because there’s not a lot of options in the little village. We did the Juliana trail, so it’s another 20 min from the end of the stage 9, but then there’s a short cute to catch the stage 10 from Juliana trail.
The bed was good and was really calm at night. I recommend it.
Big comfortable sunny bedroom with nice touches. Wonderful hosts; they even gave us a ride to the next village where we started our hike. Dinner was tasty and afternoon scones were an unexpected treat.
Very friendly and helpful hostess, clean and spacious accomodation is actually cozier than pics show. Nice yard with hammoc and romantic sitting area under the vines. Quiet village, Soĉa river within walking distance. Highly recommended
Beautifully situated apartment with a view of the mountains and the city in a quiet part of the village. Excellent hosts, very accommodating and nice people. Everything went smoothly and without any complications. Top choice for relaxation of body and soul.
The flat is quite spacious, clean and well located in the village. It was easy to park for free close by. There is a bakery at the groundfloor and restaurants and grocery shops close by.
Nice reception by the owning family. Very near the village centre. Small but practical kitchen. Outside terrace in the shade (shared but enough space).
