A beautifully designed little cabin, clearly very new. Perfectly equipped, with the most gorgeous outside space! We were most blown away by the cleanliness of the place however - it was absolutely spotless.

Beautifully restored, warm and comfortable rooms with an exceptional welcome from our host, Nataša. We took sole occupancy of the house but also had the amazing breakfast provided. A fire was set for us each day in the house and stove (in addition to the central heating) - we made pizza in the oven - and sledges provided when it snowed.Nataša also shared experiences of Slovenian culture including sausage making. We'd love to come back.

Andreja and Mladen made us feel very welcome at Riverside Guesthouse. There was a lovely basket filled with homemade goodies on the table for us. The house is very nice and has got everything to make your stay comfortable: a well equipped kitchen and a light livingroom and diningroom and especially the big terasse overlooking the river is fantastic. The location is perfect and quiet. You are surrounded by nature, but you can reach the centre of Ljubljana in 30 minutes. Andreja and Mladen are very nice hosts - halve way through the week they asked us via text message wether everything was ok and wether we needed more wood etc. We stayed at Riverside Guesthouse for a week and had a great time. We can highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place! A special house and a great hosts. Very good local breakfasts. Together with my family we felt very good there and we will gladly return in the future.

Really spacious apartment, well organised and with everything we needed. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed to make a meal, bedroom was well protected from mossies by nets which was a plus as we could enjoy the breeze while we slept. Fully restored country house in a tiny village, quite remote. It was a perfect gateway for our family, my kids formed a wonderful friendship with the neighbor kids and it was hard for us to leave. House is very spacious and has everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a fantastic BBQ facility.
Lovely hostel hosted by really caring and nice people. We stayed in one of the private rooms which was very nice. you can have breakfast with them at 6 or 8, perfect to choose to start the hiking and biking around the area. for dinner we went to a pizzeria in a village 1km away, open until 10PM. We came with the bikes and there was very good storage for them. Everything’s also equipped for people with reduced mobility, elevator, big bathroom and all.
