We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Garden Villa.
The villa is just perfect, with every detail thoughtfully considered, as well as the entire house was immaculately clean.
Our favourite part was the kitchen with the dining area but the beds were also incredibly confortable.
Every person had their own space to retreat to in peace.
The warm welcome we received was exeptional.
We would return here anytime.

Holiday House Oljka Kobdilj completely exceeded our expectations! We booked it for one night to attend a nearby wedding. But we wish we had booked it for a long weekend, or even a full week. The house is brand newly renovated with a very high spec. Outside area is just amazing, with a nice swimming pool, a nice garden, and a perfect lounge setup to chill under the sun or in the shade under a pergola. And the views are un-matched. All in all, it is even better in real life than what we expected from the pictures. We were almost late for the wedding, having fun around the swimming pool, while getting ready. Furthermore, host Ester went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated as best as possible. We flew in from London and had a severely delayed flight. Ester kept in touch throughout and made sure that our arrival was as painless as possible. We are really grateful to have met Ester and stayed in her house – we will definitely be back! By the way, as a cherry on top, you can buy quality Slovenian wine in the house at a very reasonable price ;)

This has definitely been one of the best stays I have ever had. The village is luxurious and the rooms are modern, clean and extremely beautiful. The bed is so comfortable and large. It is located in a peaceful environment and a very relaxing one. Each rooms features a splendid jacuzzi. Highly recommended to anyone who loves nature and needs a relaxing time. Everything was amazing. The house is very cozy and comfortable. Everything is clean, air-conditioned and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It's nicely tucked away and very quiet. I really enjoyed my stay there.

We loved everything about this apartment. It was basic yet beautifully done with lots of little extras. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and convenient. It felt fresh and new. It was the sweetest little apartment that we have ever stayed in.

The apartment is perfect. Really nice, comfy, well-equipped. Our host was really kind and attentive. There are a lovely and really good restaurant (operated by our hosts), a grocery store in 2 minutes walk. Gas station in 2 minutes drive. The surroundings are more than beautiful. There are also a lot of places to visit in less than 1 hour drive.
I am sure that we will come back. I really recommend to stay here.

Wonderful hidden gem. Great design, private spot, close to many things but very peaceful and quiet. Although it is not big (it is a tiny house after all), it does have everything you need. Hosts are very helpful with tips and very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend to stay here!

Everything!! Localisation of house, view in the morning. Quiet, when you drink morning coffee you can only hear birds.
In house was everything what you need. Near to local pizzeria with delisious food.

Beautiful Karst village nestled above the Vipava valley, peaceful farm, with a pleasantly cool room during the summer heat, self service breakfast. Good coffee machine. Dinner available on location. Use of private pool. Beautiful Karst and valley villages in vicinity; wine , fruit ,prosciutto producing region.
The place is a small village (few houses) approximately 5 km from civilization. So, if you are looking for quiet and lovely accommodation, this is the place for you. The car is necessary. In fact, there are three apartments located in the old house sharing one common dining area and a swimming pool. My children liked it - especially the pool. I would visit again.
