This is a very nice small accomadation, the bedroom is an excellent size and has all the facilities needed, the bed even has electric risers and is 2 mattresses and seperate bedding.
The bathroom is very good and the shower even tells you the temperature of the water.
The living room, Kitchen & entrance are good, 2 small sofa's which I think converted to beds. TV is good once I got used to the controls. All types of cooking equipment is available and there is Electric Hob, Oven & Microwave, together with Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker.
It is a short walk to all local shops, restaurants and amenities and is a nice quiet residential location.
The hosts lives in the house as does a flock of 5 chickens that wander around the garden.
Off road carparking.
As a regular visitor to Simrisham I hope to stay her again.

Enjoyed chatting with Lars, the sauna, the boardgames, proximity to bakery and sea for morning swim. Overall the peaceful location with options for outside seating.
Beds were really comfy, kitchen provided everything we needed, spacious lounge and comfy seating.
Air con kept temperature comfortable.
