We've stayed at River Villa in the beginning of November. A family of 7.
Now about the house. People are different and their needs are different. For our big family it was the best place. The house is situated in a quiet place. There is a wonderful garden with plants, flowers and fruits. Jeanne treated us all the time with different fruits. In the morning when you wake up you hear all the birds and frogs in the garden, like you are in the heart of the jungle, it's great!
The house is really big. There are two bedrooms on the first floor snd two on the second, with bathroom for the each one. There is a big hall, where there are a lot of books and boardgames, in the evening our children played chess.
The house is decorated in the colonial style. So it is a strange effect: the house is big, but cosy at the same time.
In the kitchen you have everything you need and even more. 2 Fridges, oven, dishwasher, coffee-machine, electric teapot, all the kitchen things.
There is a splendid place for the laundry. And washing machine.
What else? You can reach the beach in 10 minutes by feet, there is a quiet little one not far from the house. And to reach shops and Bouvaloon it takes 20 minutes by feet.

We had an incredible time staying in Villa Magnifique on Eden island. The location was superb and the views from the villa were phenomenal. The villa was pristine and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we only wish that we had stayed a few more nights! We would not hesitate to come back.
Seychelles is an expensive country and this villa has good value for money. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 5 toilets, 2 kitchens, a laundry room in the villa. All in all, it is very spacious and ideal for our big group of family. We do not like to stay in hotels rooms which will seperate us from our kids. The maid recommended by the staff was great. We enjoyed ourselves.
This is a self-catering villa. We basically need to do everything ourselves like doing the laundry, cooking, ironing. The saff helped us organized a maid at a reasonable price and the maid was very helpful. In conclude, this villa is perfect for families and you are suggested to hire a maid to help with the household Chores. We have had a good time and will come back again!
Beautiful sea front villa with a mooring and a big pool. Each room has its own toilet and shower and is very spacious. There are two kitchens equipped with a microwave, an oven, a barbecue grill and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the villa too. We were also given a buggy to drive around the Eden island. Eden island is probably the best living area in Seychelles. We will stay here again when we come back to Seychelles.
The villa was spacious, clean with a big swimming pool and an amazing sea view. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.The location was perfect - Eden Island is close to everywhere. Moreover, eden island has great facilities like tennis courts, a gym, padel courts, kids club etc. and was very convenient. There is also a supermarket, a taxi station, a pharmacy, a clinic, several restaurants and shops on Eden island. We will definitely come back when we visit Seychlles again.
