Everything was just perfect! The room is spacious and clean, it has a kitechenette with everything to cook a small meal. The garden is super nice and the location is close to bus stop and shops and just 10 minutes walk from the ferry port.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The facilities exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploring.

Beautiful and comfortable bungalow directly on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location, where all we could hear was the sound of the sea.
We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy.
The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant.

Such a wonderful stay in paradise! The beach and the sunsets were beautiful. The host provided so many nice touches to make our stay comfortable, including a pass for us to access Anse Georgette whenever we wanted (rather than having to call and make reservations). We were very glad that we splurged for the beach-front house, so that we could admire the views of the ocean from the comfort of our air conditioning when the heat and the sun were too much for us, or while it was raining!

Bert villa is a hidden gem. He is a terrific host and manages three villas that open up right on the beach front.
The villa was well detailed and maintained. The kitchen had all possible utensils and care was taken to provide for beach towels and reserved beach furniture for each villa. Internet was fast and accessible from all areas of the property.
Bert was prompt with help and gave us several valuable tips and advice from before our trip through to the end.

AnnaRose is a great host and made our stay really unforgettable. Nice details in the villa and garden! The villas are very comfortable, directly near the beach. Perfect location for very nice sunsets and a view to the stars (milky way).
We stayed in 5 different accommodations on the Seychelles. Villas Coco Beach was the best and I can't imagine anything better. I would give it 12 out of 10 points if I could. Staying here is the best decision you can make. I wish Jenni and Richard that they can welcome lovely guests who appreciate the special service and friendliness. It's a gem on Praslin with beachfront access into a almost private beach. The villa is excellently equipped and has everything you need to the detail. The bed is big unlike many other places. Bert was extremely nice, told us many tips and shared a lot of useful information.

everything! The location is very nice, has its own beach. the proximity to other beaches is also nice. You get a free pass to Anse Georgette which is a must see. Rooms are clean and there aren’t any mosquitos from what we saw. Bert is a great host and he takes great care of the villas! See you soon.
