Facilities are nice, you pretty much have everything you need.
There is a swimming pool, but heatpump wasn't turned on at the beginning of mid-October so it was unfortunately too cold to use. Although it was 28-30 degrees outside.
Host gave all the info necessary about the house, and also some local recommendations.
It's a nice, more residential neighbourhood, with a shopping center nearby.

Loved the family feel, beautiful scenery, great home cooking, and super comfortable beds. I didn't expect a cellar tour, but we got one! The hosts will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There was a terrific viewpoint nearby, and it was great to see the people from the village coming by to enjoy community
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very tastefully and luxuriously furnished. The hotel is very close to the main pedestrian area and restaurants. The city of Niš is a very nice city, worth visiting. The owner is very friendly and the people are very nice.

The restaurant “La Vie”, which is located next is very nice and not expensive even if it’s looking like a luxury restaurant.

Luxurious hotel in the center of Nis. Very big rooms, great view. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast with too many choices. Parking is included. An excellent choice to stay.
A bit out the way but great place to enjoy some break from the road in hot summer day. The private pool was great. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. There was also a big public pool a few meters away but for me the small one was enough. The property is around a little river that adds more tranquility.
This place is a true gem!!! The apartment was luxuriously furnished, with super cozy bed. The house is located in a lovely street just next to the river promenade. Every detail in the house is carefully selected. The hosts were super kind and helpful, they really do their utmost to answer every question or request.

One of the best stays ever! Mostly, due to the hospitality of our hosts. Hosts in Serbia are friendly in general, but Violeta and Zarko were exceptional! We loved the homemade dinners and breakfast, domaca rakija, and just everything. There is an amazing viewpoint very close to the house, and the overall atmosphere in the village is very relaxing. The rooms were very big and nicely arranged (simple, but with authentic furniture and good lighting).
