We spent New Year’s Eve in the house, and it was the perfect choice for a group of 5-6 friends – we were very comfortable. Before we arrived, Lazar and his wife gave us all the details about the house and some great tips on local attractions. He was very attentive to our comfort even before we arrived, always in touch and happy to answer any questions, which was really nice.
The house was spotless, and there were no issues with cleanliness in the kitchen or bathrooms. No unpleasant smells anywhere. The bedding was fresh, and there were enough towels for everyone. The bathrooms were stocked with lots of toiletries – creams, shampoo, shower gel, and even feminine hygiene products.
The house also has a washing machine and a dryer, plus all the necessary laundry supplies.
The kitchen is really well-equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of dishes. There’s also a stove outside on the terrace for cooking over an open fire. The house has a big stockpile of firewood, so no need to bring charcoal with you.
The interior is cozy with a homely atmosphere, and the fireplace adds a special touch to the whole place. We especially appreciated the attention to detail – the Lazar and his wife had decorated the house with Christmas lights and festive accessories for the holiday.
We also ordered dinner from the hosts, and they prepared amazing plates with a selection of meats and cheeses, great homemade pickles, and fresh bread. We also ordered homemade sausages and cooked them over the fire – we highly recommend trying the hosts’ homemade food, it was a wonderful dinner at a very reasonable price. It’s a great idea for a big group or family. As a gift, the hosts gave us some local alcohol and wine, and their hospitality was truly top-notch. 😊
The heated jacuzzi was clean and really made a difference. It’s a great way to relax, and it comfortably fits 3-4 people at once.
The views around the house are breathtaking.

Incredible holiday home! We were there before the New Year and the place is great, it charges us with a festive atmosphere! The friendly hosts, who waited for us for a long time, prepared firewood for the sauna and fireplace. The house has a good coffee maker, comfortable beds, everything is clean. It has everything you need for great stay! Owner is so nice and kind, and she truly makes sure you have everything to enjoy there! They thought of every detail (many towels, bathrobes, full mini fridge, coffee machine) 😍 she gave us suggestions about the restaurants and food. Super nice! The villa is located in a very beautiful place with a large yard. Several tourist attractions are nearby, and one of them can be reached on foot. It is a great place to relax. We spent only one night there, but I really enjoyed it.

Everything was waiting for us already, prepared to the smallest detail. If you are searching for a place in nature to relax, rest and see an amazing cave in walking vicinity, this is the place!
This is our second time (of hopefully many) in the Miletic Villas. The tranquil forest, intimate seting, great view and quiet are hard to find in this modern world. Everything is more than amazing, and the swings outside the house, around a bonfire... It's enchanting. It's a great escape for a weekend, don't hesitate to try it.
Location in the middle of the nature. The villas are well equipped with anything you need. The owner is very helpful ensuring you enjoy your stay. My kids enjoyed the outside area to play and connect with nature. Wonderful experience
The view was really great form the villa. We enjoyed very much outdoor swing with campfire place. It's great for watching the stars at cold nights, really gives you the beautiful ambience (just like in the movies). Villa has everything you need from kitchen appliances to bathroom needs which is a big plus, plus you also have outside barbeque place. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to spend few days outside of urban life.
The villas are located in a stunning forest, with breathtaking views. The spacious interior is tastefully decorated in a modern style. We only stayed for one night, so didn't have the opportunity to try the outdoor stove/oven, which is definitely worth experiencing. The owner and the family were incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted.
Peace and quiet. House is nicely organized and has room for everything. Beds and sofa are both comfortable. Balcony is amazing and has nice view. We didn't use it, but probably would be very good for 2 couples, maybe even more with other to villas - barbecue + swinging benches around the fire. Resava cave is 5' away; Lisine waterfalls 25'; Manasija Monastery 30', and all 3 are worth visiting.
