Very friendly landlord (leaves next building) can speak German also. He makes excellent coffee in morning and ready to meet all questions and needs.

Location is near Copou park and Botanical garden. You can take the tram and you already are in the city center. The staff is really nice, they are doing their utmost to make you feel comfortable. It is a villa and we received a whole appartment with 2 big rooms. There is a free private parking and a store nearby. For us it was almost the perfect stay.
