The owners made impressive efforts to keep and restore this 300 year old house, probably the oldest house in the village. In a world full of sterile and similar ikea properties, I loved every bit of imperfection about this one. Roxana, the owner is very open and seems very passionate about what she does, I think she fits her role as a great host perfectly. Breakfast is great, you get the basics, but prepared with a sense of care, and also some local specialities. Definitely recommend.
A magical guest house located in a beautiful village in an ancient building. which was restored by hand by the owner in an outline of maximum preservation and reuse of existing materials. Tony and Roxana, the owners, are warm and welcoming people, who keep the rooms clean and pleasant. The breakfast is indulgent and delicious. There is free parking next to the building. In conclusion, it is highly recommended to stay at this site.
Quiet surroundings, spectacular view to 800 year old citadel on the top of the mountain, you can hear distant livestock bells, lazy village atmosphere.
Hospitable and pleasant attitude and service, unbelievably rich and tasty homemade breakfasts, that was something exceptional.
We are happy to have been one of the first guests in this beautiful newly renovated guesthouse. Roxana and Tony, the owners, did a great job at restoring an old house and transforming it into a cozy, rustic, bohemian house perfect for people that appreciate Transylvania's heritage. Clean, comfortable and located right in the centre of Cisnadioara village, only 20 minutes away from Sibiu's old town. Would love to come back again.
Very friendly and well taken care of little camping in a quiet village with beautiful scenery just outside Sibiu (and only 10 min from astra open air muzeum which is definitively worth a visit)
