I had difficulties finding a location based on the guidance from the website and map. This summer house looks lovely, but its interior space is too small in case of rainy weather. There is direct access to the Dunaj River, and you can be fishing.

The view is spectacular. It’s like being in Greece. The host was very friendly and helped us find a cruise on the Danube. The house itself is very clean and homey. It doesn’t have anything fancy, but you can tell it was made by the owner to live in, not just for renting. The garden was full of ripe fruit (figs, grapes, apples), peaches in front of the house. We were sorry to leave after just one night. Is worth it for a full vacation. The view alone makes me feel somewhere exotic.

Very nice location. We had a great time, the host is really nice and helpful, you have private parking, phone signal (which is rare in this region) and the location was clean and tidy (house and yard). For a short trip with the family, or if you want to go fishing, in a smaller group, i recommend this place.

Walkable to village and a couple minute walk from a hot spring pool. Awesome view from balcony. Balcony had comfortable chairs and flowers. Comfortable bed, good shower, quiet at night. Kitchen and eating area was nice. Place to park. We got a flat tire and the owner went out of his way to help out. We loved our stay and Băile Herculane. Wished we had more time there.
There was a shared kitchen equipped with everything,the host offers free coffee or tea at breakfast,there was also a nice terrace adjacent to the kitchen with a nice view to the Cerna river,all in all a very good experience,recommend it if you travel to Baile Herculane.one more thing there are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance from the villa.
Historic building, fully restored to its former glory, with luxurious interiors, located in the best possible central place, on the river bank, very clean, with modern amenities, nice people and everything you need. I don’t know why it holds only 4 stars. It deserves 5 in my opinion.
It was absolutely brilliant, the view especially, the mountains are very near, the sauna facilities as well 2 minutes slow walk, the staff is one extraordinary experience, rooms are big and everything is spotless. Very beautiful garden and versatile with some activities for the kids as well. I had room 4 and the balcony was absolutely perfect to wake up in the morning and talk to the nature over a fresh cup of coffee.
Absolutely 💯 recommend this villa.
