Very responsive host, although the booking.com app was bugged and didn’t allow us proper communication, he waited for us at the door to help. Nice attention with a little gift of Port waiting on the table. Modern equipment and bathrooms and a little history about the house name.

We loved everything! A brand new full-size home with luxury interior, two beautiful balconies, and a personal swimming pool. The views of the Douro valley were stupendous. Jose and his wife were very friendly and went overboard with helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants, and we especially enjoyed seeing their winemaking operation.
After departing, we had lunch in a nearby town where I accidentally forgot my purse and passport. Hours later, we discovered it was missing. We called Jose in a panic, and his wife drove to the restaurant and managed to recover everything! Talk about “above and beyond the call of duty!”
We plan to stay here every time we are in the Douro Valley. Fantastic house and hosts!

The house is very close to the center of the city, yes super quiet, and easy to find parking nearby at the main street.

Incredible location, the room, view and pool area were absolutely stunning! Very clean and comfortable, located within easy driving distance of Pinhao and lots of amazing wineries.
We loved the breakfast every morning and our host Patricia was so helpful with anything we needed including extra supplies, restaurant bookings and local recommendations. She also did a wine tasting at our villa of their wines which was a real highlight of our trip.

Stunning villa overlooking the magnificent Douro Valley located in a traditional little Portuguese village. We loved our stay here and were lucky enough to be able to extend for an extra night!
Lovely walks to do in the area - we even walked 5kms downhill to Quinta do Tedo for lunch (caught a taxi back). The villa had everything we needed to self cater for breakfasts and dinners and was comfortable in every way. Highly recommended for your stay in this special region!
Everything was clean and the house is very cosy. It’s located in a very calm village where you could listen only the birds during the mornings. It was amazing for relaxing!
The parking lot isn’t easily accessible however there is enough space to park near the house.
Only a suggestion to the owner that it would be easy to identify the house if there is any sign with the name of the house turned to the main street.
Wonderful renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Very cosy and homely furniture which made it very special. We went in winter and the apartment was very warm and we really enjoyed our stay. The host Tania meet us upon arrival and showed us around. She made our stay even better and helped us organize a wine tasting tour at Mont Tevesso. Se stayed in the second floor and it had a nice view of the valley from the bedroom. Highly recommended in a very peaceful and relaxing village.
A spotlessly clean, comfortable apartment. The bedroom and bathroom are stunning. Air conditioning a plus, as are the laundry facilities. Lovely terrace, great views, quiet little village. Easy access to other areas of the Douro. Parking in the apartments’ car park is tricky if you have a big car but possible. There is also some easier parking at the top of the street nearby. Need to drive to restaurants. Limited bench space to prepare food. We really loved our stay here. Easy communication with owner. Highly recommend. Thank you.
It's a beautiful property inside and out -- many excellent design decisions. We enjoyed walking around the Adorigo village (Tabuaço district) an authentic Douro neighborhood. It's a fun ten minute drive up twisty roads from the river at Quinta do Tedo.
Very luxurious rooms, bright and clean bathroom, amazing breakfast (eggs we could boil to our liking, a lot of home-made jams, orange juice we could freshly make, cereal, nuts, …), very friendly and helpful staff. The village is in hiking distance to a few Quintas and the views are breathtaking.
