Fantastic location, right by the lake and surrounded by hills. Beautiful area for hiking etc. Our host was great, sent tips on the local area and left a welcome basket of local produce. We loved being able to drag the kayaks straight out onto the lake, and come back to our own house.

The location is excellent with unobstructed views over the wild atlantic ocean. The remote controlled gated entry is a touch of luxury as is the driveway length koi pond. Loads of space inside and out. The pool was cold, though they had a hot tub which allowed cold swimming and then warming up after. I got quite addicted to my morning cold plunges! All the rooms have beautiful views and are enormous.

Absolutely great and spacious accommodation, newly equipped. Parking is behind the house, in the surroundings there is a shop and a restaurant. Ideal base for exploring the island. the accommodation is situated in a quiet lane along the road, where we always found a free place to park during our stay. They have played well with space in a relatively narrow area and the advantage of 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms is great. A fully equipped kitchenette and the ability to wash and dry for us backpackers is always a welcome bonus. The host responded promptly and was very helpful.

Beautiful location right in front of the lake, peaceful and serene. The front yard of the villa is huge and gives a lot of space for sunbathing and chilling. The interiors of the house are unique and gives a very vintage vibes. Attention to detail is fabulous. The big windows makes the house well lit and open. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials. The walks around the villa are beautiful.
Very comfy and feels like home. The garden is fantastic with lots of different plants and looks like in s fairy tail. Every morning you wake up at birds singing. We were welcomed with basket of local treats (home made butter, cheese, honey, fruits etc. and a bottle of wine), which made our breakfast throughout our stay, and were very delicious. Also bikes and kayaks are included in the price, which is awesome. Absolutely recommended place to stay. Parking is no issue in the village, but they have private parking.
Amazing location. Private serene and gorgeous. The house has all the basics plus a large dining/entertaining area. The lake is across the lane a few hundred meters and the rest of the house is surrounded by gorgeous pastures. The lane along the lake is great for morning walks or jogs. The cute village of Sete Cidades is just around the lake so it’s a quick drive to dining etc.

The property is in Sete Cidades closest to the well known attactions of Sao Miguel island. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Beatriz was really nice and very helpful. It is a very quiet location and if you come between June and August you will experience the beauty of blooming hydrangeas!
we stayed 4 days in the Front House which has a sea view of Lagoa Azul. The interior of the House was modern and super cozy (Not the same as in the pictures on booking), we really loved the sleeping room/space upstairs. the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. there is even a mini market just two houses away. also there is a Small Supermarket in the village.
