The apartment was actually far more charming even than the photos in the listing indicated. It seemed to be a home that had been there for literally hundreds of years, yet felt modern and equipped with nice furniture and a sweet, well-equipped kitchen. The host was exceptionally kind and light-hearted. Overall, I was really quite surprised to find myself in such a nice, comfortable, private space. I had chosen it mainly because of its proximity to the airport (I actually walked to the property from the airport, 25 minutes), but was pleasantly surprised to find an apartment which I would have gladly chosen as a great-value, cozy home base for exploring the island if I were there for a longer.

Nuno meet us with the key & was a generous host. It was close to the Airport, so we could walk there after dropping off our car. Great location to use as our base. Everyone we meet on Terceira were wonderful, even our being very poor with their language

Quite a nice hotel with lovely gardens and swimming pool. It was nice chilling by the pool and felt at times like you had your own private pool . The breakfast was ok , with a nice coffee machine.
Casa Cordoniz felt like a luxury home: the kitchen was fully stocked, the patio was comfortable, the bedrooms were well furnished, even the blow dryer was nice. It had everything we needed plus more. Plus there was a handy little grocery store right across the street. Everything was perfect.

Maybe the best hotel in Terceira. Nice, pleasant, friendly, quiet. Good location 20 minutes walk to Praia da Vitoria village. Nice swimming pool, good parking facilities. Perfect breakfast. Good simple restaurants in the walking distance. Take a room with sea view, it is definitely good choice. If you have a rent car, this is the best place to explore the beautiful island.
The accommodation is spacious - vast in fact! Comfortable, and spotlessly clean when we arrived. Quiet, rural location on the edge of a village with pleasant countryside views towards the coast. Conveniently located for the airport and beach/facilities in Praia Vitoria a few minutes away. Friendly, amenable host provided fresh bread every morning for breakfast along with butter, cheese, ham, juice, tea and fresh coffee.
