Fantastic location, right by the lake and surrounded by hills. Beautiful area for hiking etc. Our host was great, sent tips on the local area and left a welcome basket of local produce. We loved being able to drag the kayaks straight out onto the lake, and come back to our own house.

The location is excellent with unobstructed views over the wild atlantic ocean. The remote controlled gated entry is a touch of luxury as is the driveway length koi pond. Loads of space inside and out. The pool was cold, though they had a hot tub which allowed cold swimming and then warming up after. I got quite addicted to my morning cold plunges! All the rooms have beautiful views and are enormous.

The mansion was wonderful. The garden was exceptional with a lot of beautiful plants and flowers and little animals. The environment was quiet. Our apartment was spacious, with nice traditional furniture, very well equipped kitchen and clean. We had a fantastic time at Ana’s house. The owners are extremely friendly, available and lovely people. We never had to wait for a service to be delivered and we even got extra care with offered and delicious wine, wood and any amenity we needed. The place is perfectly located in a small farm close to the sea. We could even enjoy the animals and plants part of the property. I highly recommend this place for friends, couples and families. Mosteiros is also a very pretty village with amazing views of the ocean.

The home additive is a beautiful cat that considers these apartments its own and at the first opportunity will enter the house (through the door or through the open windows).
The property was very clean and in a very good condition. It’s a house with a beautiful well maintained backyard, ideal for families and great for outdoor dinning. Cantinho do Sol has all what’s required for an extended stay. The communication with Ana was effective and easy. Mosteiros is a small village with very nice and welcoming people. Sunset in Mosteiros is very special.
Spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed. Great towels!! Lovely view out over the bay. Two small supermarkets in the village. A bakery at top of the road past the church. Several restaurants within an easy walk - Americo do Barbosa was excellent. Whale watching trip out from far side of the bay was well worth it - very informative. Samuel was easy to contact and very helpful.
The sunset view from the balcony is awesome and the house really is massive. The nautical themed bedroom went down a storm with the kids. It was near enough for us to explore various major attractions on the island from the villa. The space was a real treat for us and the kids loved having a pool just for them.
