A beautiful apartment with gorgeous views. Our host was very helpful and responsive and left us a lot of great food. This was very helpful as it was off season and nowhere close by to eat or get food. The bed was comfortable. Also a beautiful place to hike. So peaceful. We loved our stay there.

The apartment was in an excellent location only two minute walk to the centre of the village. The apartment had everything we needed and the response from the host when we had a couple of queries was very good
Facilities very goog . Quite place in a small village far away from city's life. We can hear the water running from the mountain at night and the roosters early in the morning.
Super comfortable house, good heating in the rooms and living room, very very cozy! Excellent localization in a beautiful country village, great to walk by foot and just a short drive away from several beautiful landscape points! We have loved it!
Very good stay at nice and cosy, yet a bit basic and dated, but clean apartment. The location is superb, right on the main street of the village with a parking at the door. We never met the hosts, but they were responsive and helped us with tips. We appreciated the welcoming plate of cheese, honey and jams!
Loriga is a nice village tucked way in a deep beautiful valley, a great base to explore Serra da Estrela. The accommodation, having recently been renovated, is quaint, comfortable, clean, uncluttered and has all the facilities you might need. Communication with owner was great and nice treat to have fresh bread each morning. Highly recommend!
The property was great, lovely views, clean, walking distance to the village centre and well located for activities around Loriga.
Tiago was always very responsive and helpful. The few small issues we had were solved quickly and efficiently.
Casa da Cantareira is a home away from home. Tiago was really welcoming and made sure our stay was pleasant. The house is very cozy - a wonderful mixture between traditional village house flair and a modern interior. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable and a nice extra was the fresh bag of bread for breakfast. (Obrigada, Paula!)
In summer the area is nice for hiking and swimming in the cool rivers. Over all, we regretted not having had the possibility to stay longer...
everything was perfect. comfortable room, ac can heat up a lot which is good in winter, very pretty house inside and outside, located in the center of the village, walking access to food, mini market and easy to park. Wi-Fi works great. would come back anytime. 20 min distance by car to main attractions of Serra da estrela.
