The property is large and everthing was new and nicely furnished - the kitchen has every appliance you would ever need ! The location is excellent making it easy to travel by car to all areas of the island. The host, Decia, was really helpful and kept in contact to make sure our stay was enjoyable - the food and drink welcome pack was a nice surprise!

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There were everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen equipments, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and many more things. It is right next to the sea, we couldn't enjoy terrace much due to weather conditions but I am sure it would be great to rest there after discovering wonders of the island. The host was very helpful, she answered any questions we had in a short time. When I go back to Sao Miguel, I would prefer to stay there.

I think the location was great easy to get around and walk and parking in the back can be a challenge but we always found parking. Very nice and quiet area, the Host was great at helping us out and answering our questions. Very close to mini supermarket, food and a good bakery. I enjoyed my stay their very much.

Wonderful property that comfortably suited our party of 8. Clean, modern, comfortable. Decent location if you’re fine with a short walk downtown. The airplanes did fly directly above the property and loud if outside, but it didn’t bother us sleeping. Check in was easy with code for door.
