I liked the location, the house is big but only one bathroom. easy for parking, very close to Ponta Delgada and other points of interest. Very close to the airport! The property manager is very nice and kind.

The property host is the most lovely person you will meet in the island! She really cares and takes care of the property and was extremely attentive to all of our questions and needs. The house was lovely and quaint and the garden was spectacular, especially if you love hammocks. There are plenty of rooms with privacy for each. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was super convenient if you have a rental car. We loved staying here and we felt like it was prefect place to experience the vibe of the island.

The villa is modern, spacious, has well equipped kitchen. There is a large living room and large patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Pool is clean and large enough to swim. Water is not chlorinated which is a huge plus. There is s small bathroom with a shower next to it which is very convenient. There is also a small gym that we did not use. Garage is large enough for 2 cars and has a washer and dryer available for use. All bedrooms are spacious enough. Ambiance is very modern.
We liked everything. Villa has really nice view. All the rooms are big and nice. Living room is amazing with a lot of place for all family to gather. Kitchen is really fully equipped. Also the host is amazing, really halpfull and responsive.
This house was in a very quite neighborhood about 20 min drive from the city. The house is modern and has a beautiful ocean view and a private pool. We had 10 people in our group and the home was spacious for all of us. Monica was a very attentive host and responded quickly to our questions and requests.
This is a beautiful property. It provided a perfect central location for all of our exploration of Sao Miguel. Don't miss out on Ponta da Ferraria which is only a short drive from the villa.
The property manager was great to deal with. My daughter accidentally left some personal items at the villa, and the property manager contacted us immediately. They even sent the items to us in mainland Portugal at no extra charge. I highly recommend this property.
