Pelican Reef is far enough away from town (Rincon) to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to be very convenient. We loved the pool and easy access to beautiful beaches, the very friendly and helpful neighbors, the tidy condo with everything we needed, the veranda outside where we ate lots of our meals. And it's a bonus when you can walk out to the street and pick up a mango (from the ground) to ripen and then eat with your breakfast.

We liked everything, the house was very clean and had everything you need, the complex has a pool and access to the beach, the place is perfect, it has everything you need, you can spend some time at the beach and come back to the pool. If you want to relax you can go to the house, watch Netflix and come back to the pool or beach. If you want to cook, it is equipped with everything you need, if you want to wash and dry clothes you can do that too. Honestly, if the idea is to spend a few days between the pool and the beach, the place is perfect.

This property is superb and exceptional. The photos on the website, although beautiful, do not detail how awesome and unique the villa and the property is. The management also went way above and beyond in taking care of our stay, suggestions, and great communication. The villa, with it's decoration and ocean front views, was well worth it to stay. The private property and enclosed parking were very safe.
The unit was larger than expected and was in top shape. The host provided amenities to go to the beach and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The view is hard to beat. We loved looking at the ocean and relaxing in the pool. It was really nice to have the kitchenette and tools to make our own breakfast and coffee in the morning so we didn't have to rush and we could enjoy all the Villas had to offer.
We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom Villas. It exceeded all of our expectations. It overlooked the ocean, which was beautiful! It was also close to the pool!
Amazing views and villa. The infinity pool and lounge area were so lovely and private - we had it to ourselves the whole time. The plunge pool in our room was so relaxing - perfect temp. The owner was very responsive and onsite each morning. The room was gorgeous, new and spotless. The indoor/ outdoor living space was perfect. It was a true paradise and get away.
The location is fantastic, directly over the ocean and sunset and our villa had a direct access to the beach. The location manager was super responsive to fix any issues or give directions/suggestions.
I would definitely stay at Villa Cofresi again. The lobby was very pretty, as it was decorated for Christmas, and it’s right on the beach. The beach in front is a very nice beach. I ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The service was very good also. The room was nice. There are beaches and restaurants right in the area.
The pool area was very inviting. It had nice shallow area for kids, an area about 4ft deep which was good enough to get refreshed, and a fun pool bar.
The hotel rooms seems like they were recently renovated, so it has plenty of power outlets, and USB ports (on the hotel - not villas).
With direct access to the beach, and rooms facing west, sunsets were breathtaking!
The service staff was very friendly.

Drinks at the pool bar were very good.
Love that my room in las villas was so close to the bleach. The room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The personnel was serviceable and the food was good. The hotel localizations are centered.
