The house is very private which we loved, the area felt safe. The pool is nice and all the surrounding relaxing areas are well thought of. The supermarket is near by and other restaurants. The beach is minutes aways and its a nice beach. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We had about 10-20 towels which is more than i have ever seen in a rental home. I would stay again.

The backyard cabana space was my favorite part of the property. My family and I gathered, talked, laughed, swung, and enjoyed each other’s company there.

it is so conveniently located in San Juan and it is easy to get to. the AC works amazing with the heat and the place cools up quick, beautiful skylight in the middle of the cieliing, and everything was just an amazing cute and cozy stay.

Nothing! Very badly kept. Master bedroom TV doesn’t work, second bedroom AC doesn’t work properly. The entire villa the walls have puffiness or have cracks . BBQ doesn’t work, is dirty with a hole in the middle from old and rust.
Some windows in the second room do not close all the way.
The sofa bed, the mattress is very old and has lost support with stains.
Overall this is very badly kept unit.
The staff at Paradise Villas were excellent.
I loved how modern the process and decor of the villa was. The pool area was beautiful especially at night with the mood lighting. The villa was much more than what I expected and what was shown in the pictures.
The owner Miguel and the administrator Héctor, were very accessible. When we arrived we were received by Héctor who show us all the villa and were to find everything. On the bed there was a tray with a mug with my name, a package of local candys and bag with things like a sewing kit, dental kit and more. The kitchen was well equipped and also we found a bag of local coffee, bottles of water in the refrigerator and every thing needed to clean the dishes.
The pool area is beautiful.
The sourandings are very quiet
The villa is very nice and fully equipped with so many things - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, games etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped incl. many spices, condiments etc. The pool in the gated area is close by and very nice. Beach and beach bars is really within a walking distance (5-10min) and is very pleasant and suited for kids.
The Villa exceeded expectations… everything very clean, beautiful 2 bedroom villa, comfortable for the kids. Very safe environment, walk paths everything gorgeous
