Exceptional. Quiet! And this is what We were looking for at the Village... Very helpful owner. She even came to pick us up from bus stop as We arrived pretty late and tired ; ovner offered us a lift. Highly recommended!
Very nice villa, very pleasant owners, very good breakfast, beautiful room. Just a pity, that rooms don´t have air condition, so in hot weather there is really hot in the rooms for sleeping.

The room was new and immaculate. The fully-equipped kitchen was really convenient for some cooking and eating. Love the big fridge. Wifi worked like a charm, no problem experienced at all. The host was very friendly. The two balconies were a luxury.
The location is great, 20 mins on foot from the Terma Bania, Kotelnica Ski Resort or 7 mins by the ski bus (Grapa direction). The hosts are kind and pet friendly =) Breakfast is very tasty and varied, appreciate good coffee with milk. A cozy, clean one-bed room with a fridge, kettle, TV, and Wi-Fi athough I didn't use it. The room heating worked perfectly fine and there's a storage for the ski/snowboard, boots etc. equipement in the house. Would love to stay longer in the Villa :))
This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner was incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location, just a stone's throw away from the ski resort, was perfect for our winter getaway. The villa itself was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with warm and inviting décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!
The villa was fantastic, easy walk to the ski lift and everything you could need. The host was excellent, she recommended some sites to see and they didn't disapoint.
Great Villa to stay with family and friends. Very close to slopes and Termy Bania . Very good food , clean rooms and facilities for kids and your ski equipment.
