I loved the property, I loved the place its huge, its safe, its clean, I highly recommend this place, thats why I took a video & uploaded it to my fb with a happy heart. Just 1 issue the AC in 2 room(1 room totally not working, in masters bedroom not cold, just like fan mood only). Still I'm giving a high score. Also, Thanks to mam Maritess, she is the caretaker, she is kind, and always there when you need something.

The house was clean and spotless, stove, cooking items and appliances are in working condition. Check in was smooth, communication with the caretaker and hosts were great. The beds and pillow were comfortable. Showers are working, hot water pressure could be improved but cold water pressure was great. The ac in the bedrooms were working great but do take note no ac in the living room. Just open the sliding doors to feel the breeze and the fan. The house pool was clean and but we did not use it, but i can imagine having a nice plunge dip on hot days. We swam mostly at the clubhouse pool which was beautiful for a small fee of P200 per person (about $4). It was only 10mins away to Twin Lakes Tagaytay were we did some grocery shopping and lots of eateries. Rooftop was a nice hangout for the family. Overall it was such a great stay, wonderful hosts and value for your money.

Beautiful location with amazing pool, nature, good for morning walk, beachfront, mountain view and room was furnished very well. We were able to cook meals by using their tools in kitchen. But there’s no seasonings so you should bring it if you need.
the infinity pool was great, the food taste great specially the pizza lolodoc 👍rm.was great size very good AC compfy bed and pillow bath rm. was big great all staff are so freindly and attentive thanxs to Ms.Ylaisa who took care of all my request my family enjoyed the stay looking forward in my next visit, future Mangrove Villa😁.

The interior was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The staff, Ate Merle was so kind. She made sure we were comfortable and even accompanied us to the nearest beach.The owner was also very considerate. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will surely come back.
The grounds were huge. The room was huge and the Xmas village was a fun activity that the kids enjoyed. Very cool weather and there were a lot of trees, you could really feel that you were staying in nature.
Sorry for the late review. Dito sa Villa Tomasa, super nag enjoy mga anak ko. talagang everytime na nasa beach area sila, super happy nila. safe naman ang area. malinis ang room pati public area nila malinis rin talga
