Very unique house design and attractive landscaping. The contact person at the site - Lon, is very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also very quiet and secure. Bathrooms are spacious especially the master ensuite! The location is in Mactan which is away from the hustle and bustle of metro Cebu. Members of my family spent a lot of hours on the massage chair.

The host and attendant were attentive and responsive. They made our stay a great experience. We had private massage therapist come and Larry, who lives next door, was available for last minute trips to the market. The private beach access was amazing. The accomodations were very comfortable and the AC worked great.

Host is very prompt in answering all my queries. She provided me booking instruction upon confirmation of booking. I reached her thru mobile phone and she help us to easily locate the house. Its a last minute booking no problems in looking for the place with the help of the host. Also, the place is a residential community very safe and house is gated. All rooms are air conditioned and great value for Money. House is Simple but very Clean. I will come back again with my family in the future.

Location was close to beaches and my family, which is why I booked it in the first place. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to requests. The feeling of being in a truly luxurious hotel in the middle of tropical island. It's calm, quiet - you can really rest there. Despite this, the hotel is located just 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, shopping malls, restaurants and all the attractions offered in Mactan. Very nice beach bar with sea view. Bottle of Australian red wine as a welcome gift. The stuff is nice and helpful. Obvious attention to details by management of the resort.
Mactan Sotogrande is located in a quiet area, has a private pool and was perfect for my Dad who preferred peace and quiet whilst on holiday to visit our family in the Philippines.
This villa gives a tranquil, jungle vibe. It is located within the local community but you will not hear them. There are a lot of birds in the property and they give a calming effect. The pool is clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The property looks exactly as described. The perfect place to relax.

Our stay at Shangri-La Mactan was nothing short of exceptional. The two buffet restaurants offered a delightful culinary experience, complemented by the attentive and friendly staff, notably Alvin and Mai at Tides, who went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The Chi Spa surpassed expectations, providing my daughter and I with the best pampering sessions we've ever experienced. Overall, a truly luxurious and memorable retreat.
the selection in the breakfast buffet is good. the food itself taste fine. however, they lack on serving fruits during breakfast.
i stayed with my family of 6 and got the 2 villas side by side. if you will ask me if i will stay again, i wont be considering this resort unless they renovate their bathrooms, in my honest opinion their current rates are not valued for what the rooms has to offer.
