Everything! If you’re looking for a place to go with an exceptional host you found the right spot. if you’re looking for cloth napkins, the JW Marriott is in Manila. Siargao has its own beauty and charm. For instance, this property is located right next to the famed Sunset bridge. This is the beauty. The power goes out from time to time, there’s the charm. They do have a generator to keep the essentials going. The hot water was hot, the cold water was cold, the aircon was spot on. It’s the Philippines, sit back and enjoy the sunset. The owners are located next-door. If you need something, ask. Micko and his family are simply amazing people. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! We booked the place as it seemed like a chill way to cap off our Siargao trip - one of the best decisions ever. The simple and self-sustaining way of living in Anajawan is just amazing. I’m running out of positive words for David and his family - they are one of the best hosts I ever encountered. The kids took us to the other side of the island to catch the picturesque sunset the island offers. We got to work out at the best gym ever. David and his wife cook the best meals with the ingredients they grow on their own; the kids are also helpful as we see them prepare and serve the food and drinks.
The sea, with its beautiful corals and plenty fishes, waved right in front of us waiting for us. David took us even farther out to catch a glimpse of the wonderful underwater forest. He even taught me how to swim and float, and saved my life couple of times! After swimming or walking around, you can just take a nap in any of the hammocks under the coconut trees.
The experience was superb. The atmosphere was simply homey. Thank you soooo much again! Will definitely return to your wonderful home, Perry family ❤️

The villas are super nice, spacious, and clean. Very comfy beds with soft and smooth sheets and pilllows. We love the bathroom that is also quite big with very nice interior. The owner and staff are very nice and accommodating too. They have their own van available for airport shuttle.
The amenities and the staffs were great, the villa itself was fantastic. The bedroom was in pristine condition, the ref and microwave worked well. Junelyn was fantastic! The villa met our expectations and we loved the spacious bathroom. Most important of all, it’s gated and highly safe. We would definitely stay again and recommend Malipaya Villas to our friends and relatives. Thumbs up!

Clean room and surroundings, housekeeping service, breakfast, the resort looks pretty and spacious, convenient since they have restaurant, nice villas, in-room phone, and it is beachfront. Staff are all friendly especially the restaurant staff. Except for the one guy in the front office desk.
I like that the property is serene and peaceful. This place is perfect for Writers and Researchers who want to have a silent retreat and people who want a restful night after exploring the island during the day.
