Very nice place, cozy room. We checked in early, and it was great. The room has an extra pull-out bed for a child, very comfortable. The air conditioning works ; and there is TV with local channels and free Wi-Fi in the room. The pool is clean, and there is a kitchen with all the utensils for self-cooking. The washing machine is a definite plus of the Villa.
Elaine's feels like staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. The staff are super welcoming and happy to help with anything from transportation to getting a slightly different brand of coffee. The building is a beautiful western-style villa with cute little street-side balconies on both floors. The bed is super comfy and the AC is both quiet and powerful.
Our stay was wonderful, the whole team put so much effort into making sure we had everything we needed - letting us check in early, arranging cabs, and an amazing tour to Apo Island. It truly exceeded our expectations, our Cabana was lovely and the whole place is a beautiful serene retreat in a busy city. Would absolutely recommend, and hope to return or visit their sister hotels in the future.
I like the owner, Ms mae. She's accommodaring and approachable. The place is so clean.. Walking distance to the boulevard, restaurants, Silliman University, and right across Christmas mansion.
