Nice big house with 3 rooms and 2 bathroom. So much clean. Landlady is really reactive to every query. House is located to a quiet and nice village. In front is a small restaurant with pizza and filipino foods. We all (8 persons) enjoyed our stay.

We were welcomed by Richard and he has a welcoming smile. That's a good start for me knowing that the caretaker is approachable. I like that it's quite big for our family. The bedsheets on both rooms are new and clean.
The room does not have a bad smell. We were given free gallon of water, dishwashing soap and sponge.
I also like that the karaoke is located on the 2nd floor and so it won't disturb those who don't prefer noise(like our lolas or kids who needs to rest/sleep).
