This place was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful with the outdoor shower. The garden is really nice and we could rent a scooter to go around town. There are lots of place for food walkable distance away

The location is pefect. In a quiet side road on the edge of the town but within easy walking distance of all the main restaurants, bars and dive centres.
The small complex is surrounded by plants and tress and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
Staff very helpful and always around.

We were driving a hire car and it was dark when we arrived - we got lost but Hazel our host was very helpful in helping us find the property. It was in a good location just a 4-5 min tuk-tuk ride to the main eating strip (really hard to find parking so was easier to leave the car at the property) you could walk it in about 15 mins but it was hot and humid when we were there and also road is not very wide so tricky being on the road with all the traffic sometimes
The house was comfortable and roomy for our family of 5 with very good air con, we didn’t do much cooking but there seemed to be plenty of cooking facilities.
There was a washing machine which was handy

Everything about this place was great! The rooms were lovely, very big and very clean and the pool was great.
It’s in a very good location, close to lots of bars and restaurants and to the beach.
Communication with the host was great and they answered any questions we had.

Place was amazing! We were able to rent out the villas for our separate family members and was like we were in paradise. Amazing staff. Just remember to bring the food you want cooked! You can cook yourself there!
There were no other guests, so we had this large beachfront villa all to ourselves. My husband particularly liked the open air area with patio set looking out to the ocean. The two ladies staffing the property were very nice and helpful and helped arrange the Kawasan Falls canyoning tour (company is literally right next to the house).
The room was really spacious and it is in a mansion like house with a pool and a private beach. There is no elevator however but understandable for this part of the country and props to the staff for helping us carry our heavy luggages even when we insisted not to.
Really nice and sweet housekeeper. Its like small villa that every room is separate house. Many trees and plants and animals living here which make place full of vigour. Service is good.

Staff and hosts were very friendly, warm and helpful. Property also organises their own Canyoneering Trips to Kawasan Falls at similar prices, so there's no need to arrange with external companies. Canyoneering staff was very careful and took care of us patiently throughout the 6-hour journey. Nice, cosy rooms/cottages with nice bed and strong air con. Located in secluded and quiet area, nearest food is a tiny village bakery about 200m away.
