Er really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and staff. Even if we asked a lot of questions he was patient and answered everything with a smile and helped us out with the itinerary. A bonus is that it’s right next to a beach where you can see turtles popping their heads up and bioluminescent plankton at night. And it’s a very short drive or a 1km walk to Wadi Shab entrance. And you can find great food in the village a few km away. Rooms were nice and clean as well.
The Villa is nice, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed it a lot. Exceptional was that the living room was actually outside as there was no window between the terrace and room. It was a great place to spend time. The villa is between two of the most beautiful oasises - Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi. Both of them are totally worth visiting, so the location of the villa is great.
The place is very nice and in an excellent location to go to the village for dinner and to the wadi. It is on the beach, with a beautiful view and the possibility of swimming. They have a simple continental breakfast with coffee, tea, some eggs, and breads. we liked the place very much. It is an excellent cost. /quality rate.
Very spacious and absolutely new villa with pool very near to Wadi Tiwi and Wadi Shab. The Tiwi beach is also near and amazing - best beach on our trip.
Extremely comfortable and spacious, far more luxurious than the price suggests- best water pressure so far in Oman as well! It’s under 1km from the entrance to Wadi Shab as well so makes for an easy stroll or drive down.
Greatly located, close to wadi shab, fins white beach, bunny and at the entrance of the cosy village of tiwi, where can find two simple but friendly restaurant.
the hotel is on the sea, has very large rooms, with high ceiling and simply decorated. there is a nice breakfast room, a small pool and a nice backyard.
staff is super helpful and everything is very clean.
Location was lovely. Nice sleeping listening to the gentle waves. Easy to find property.
We enjoyed being able to do a short drive into the village for dinner at a local restaurant.
