The villa is perfect for a group of friends, with enough beds for everyone. Having a pool, a football pitch and being near the beach, it was a very nice stay.
The place is a villa divided in multiple space with private bathroom. We have been the only guest while it was low season and we enjoyed, during full occupancy I guess would be a bit complex. Staff was not permanently there and doesn't speak English, but we managed . Be careful with small kids while you are on the edge of a cliffs with limited protection, the view is fantastic.
You cannot beat the location. Bimmah Sinkhole is 22 mins away and only 2 mins away from Wadi Shab. You are right over the ocean and we saw at least 6 sea turtles surfacing and diving all evening long. There is a small village nearby where you can get basic supplies.
The property is located fantastically if you want to turtle watch. The turtle reserve is just a short drive down the road. The luxury rooms are amazing - very big, clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic.
The villa is absolutely fantastic - spacious, clean and so elegant! Inside and outside cozy and boutique designed, with nice warm outdoor pool.

It’s right next to a beautiful beach strip, inside a village that is mostly in ruins but the hotel is new and impeccable.
The staff are very nice and caring.
The terrace offers a gorgeous view on the sea. It’s a wonderful place to crash for a night or two if you’re going to Wadi Shab/Wadi Tiwi!
