The cleanliness and upkeep was top notch. Kids enjoyed the comfy sofa recliner, the tempting warm swim pool setup and the cozy gas fired pit in the evening. The host has taken care of very minute details in the architecture of the property. A small home for pigeons, love birds, proper barbeque setup with adjacent wash basin & dining area, water purifier, even salt n sugar, cleaning supplies, microwave, utensils etc. etc. Nothing more one can ask for.

We (4 adult family members) stayed at Roses House for two nights and we enjoyed the authentic traditional style the house was refurbished in - whilst maintaining the modern facilities and functioning. It was a sincere retreat that made our modern brains relax and function in a lower gear. The scenery is stunning with several hiking opportunities and
the small town in which Roses House is located, like Roses House, has begun restoration with great consideration for the traditional building style. The 'village' is away from the larger and more modern hotels…..

I wanted to share with you our experience of staying at the villa we booked for our family vacation. It was absolutely amazing and we had a great time there. Here are some of the highlights:
- The villa was very spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a large hall with sofa cum beds. It could easily accommodate 12 people and we never felt cramped or crowded.
- The villa had a beautiful pool and a garden, where we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the sun. There was also an outdoor shower next to the pool, which was very convenient.
- The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, including a dishwasher, induction cookware, and an outdoor cylinder gas. There was also a BBQ area with a grill, firewood, and seating arrangements,
- The villa had many entertainment options, both indoors and outdoors. There was a table tennis board, a pool table, and a Foosball table, which kept us and the kids entertained for hours.
- The host was very friendly and helpful, and easy to coordinate with. The care taker showed us around the villa when we entered.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the villa and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed at and we would love to go back there someday.

The Villa was very well organized and furnished. All the amenities provided were delightful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was also very nice. The best thing was that their TV had netflix too.
Perfect spot with the best attraction in Oman very close by, staff absolutely lovely and helpful, great to have a private pool and such a great villa. Very clean and modern.

The villa we were assigned was amazing. It was huge and had its own private pool. The outside space was very roomy as well.
The bedroom was huge and very well presented. The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows.
Breakfast was provided in the morning.
The private pool was great! The private villa itself with its own garden and space was wonderful. The front desk staff Mr. Naser was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Absolutely recommended! Must visit.

One of the best private pool villa, I have ever stayed in Oman. The villa is classy and big with facilities for kids, barbeque, outdoor seating area small garden and most importantly temperature controlled pool. The rooms and facilities with even a TV which is connected to youtube and Netflix they have taken care of almost all the hassles which a family with 2 kids can face and kitchen has almost everything which you would need to survive away from your home,
