This is an ideal guesthouse if you wish as a couple to spend a few beautiful and quiet days along the sea.
The villa is perfect. Beautiful contemporary decoration , fully equipped and with a nice view on the sea. The villa is within the Jebel Sifah area, with restaurants and lots of sports activities at your disposal. Last but not least, the owner is friendly and very réactive and supplied us with lots of information.

This beautiful villa is located almost at the beach within Jebel Sifah resort. It was clean, spacious with modern equipment. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare homemade meals plus gas grill for bbq was available. Kids enjoyed the private pool at the backyard. We really had several relaxing days there (after a week in the mountains and desert)

The Villa is really nice and comfortable. You have everything you need. The rooftop terrace with seaview and small swimming pool. We liked mostly the interior patio with seating area and shower. The beach is really 1 minute walk.
The beach is great, clean, large sandy beach with very clean water. We loved it.
The accommodation is situated very close to different busy areas of Muscat as Mutrah, so you do not have to worry about restaurants, café etc. You need a car to be comfortable there, there are not many options in walking distance.
I would fully recommended it and stay there again. Also the price of th accommodation in comparism to other properties around the area is very reasonable.

The best experience was the breakfast. The attendants, namely Tariq, were so attentive and caring. They did their utmost best to make the breakfast experience unforgettable and offer diners a sense of luxury and warmth. A very big thank you for making my stay memorable and thank you Tariq.

We got a free upgrade to stay in the four bedroom villa with the private pool, definitely recommend and thanks to the staff for this! Spacious villa, great pool, decent kitchen, clean and comfortable space. Definitely recommend for groups and families!
The hotel is also connected to a nice mall, which has everything from a supermarket to brands and shops and a cinema as well.
Perfect for 4 adults. The small 3 floors building is located in a villas area. Very close to a small beach, where you can enjoy a boat trip. Perfect if your want to stay away from the crowd and tourists, yet convenient as it’s only a 15-20 min drive to go to the center of the city.
Having a car is definitely a must.
Each room has its own bathroom, super convenient. Bed and pillows were comfortable, ceiling is high. There’s also a washing machine.
Staff is very approachable and helpful.
The area is splendid - just the perfect retreat.
