Some of the beds had a squeek but they were comfy, kitchen dining lounge had good flow, could talk to the group no matter where you sat, plenty of parking for 4 cars, lovely views, easy travelling to shops, mall, cafes

After reading the reviews after booking this property I was a bit worried about what I was in for, but once again it's just a bunch of whingers. the house was fine for what we needed it for. the unit was easy to find I don't know how people had trouble finding it, yes there's no number but I'm sure you're capable of counting doors. yes the outside is over grown and there's random broken chairs out there but is anyone really going to sit on the deck to relax in a tiny space like that? the house was clean. and there was tea and coffee provided. I would recommend the owner update this to include internet as they have do have internet available. someone left their Netflix logged in on the TV so I added some shows to your list you might hate. speaking of the TV the remote is going to need new batteries as it was starting to go flat. we weren't sure which rubbish bin belonged to the unit so had to leave some stuff on the bench unfortunately we would have got rid of it but didn't want to get in trouble.
all in all it was good value for money for what I needed it for and if I ever need to stay on that side of auckland again it would be a viable option.

The property is beautiful, great location, great amenities, comfortable, clean. Organized like a hostel but with the vibe of a mid to upscale yoga retreat. The shared space and outdoor spaces are beautiful. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking.
Absolutely everything is here, including bedding and towels. We literally only had to bring food and clothing. Kathy was a delight to deal with. The accommodation was clean and the bedding was luxurious.

Incredible view just outside the hustle and bustle of Auckland! Less than an hour from the airport but it felt like a remote coastal village. The property is up on a hill but it’s just 5 minutes to drive down into Piha proper where you can enjoy the beach or hike up Lion’s Rock. An espresso machine and tea-making facilities are included as well as a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a welcome amenity.
