Central location. 1 hour in any direction, and you were at a major location. 1 hour to rotorua, 1 hour to tauranga, 40 minutes to hamilton, 1 and a half hours to taupo. No noises from the neighbours, nice private area. Felt like home. Awesome views.

We had a short stay with very last minute booking on public holiday because our other booking got cancelled. Super fast response from host & very detailed instructions on how to find the place. (Which is super easy, close to town center) Beautiful comfy house with all the infrastructures we need. Host also prepared breakfast like milk, eggs, toasts, ham, veggies and snacks just make us feel like home. With good price as well! all our family is super happy thanks for saving our holiday :)

Such a perfect getaway. The facilities were excellent and luxurious. The bed so large and comfy, the kitchenette perfect, the coffee machine made me want to get one for myself and that shower was next world!
Location was excellent for Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves visit! We could walk to a lovely (and very yummy) coffee shop each morning and a fun brew pub at night. There were other restaurants on the street, but one was having a private party and another was fully booked.
If you’re looking for super luxury travel vibe, it’s very hard to find in this area, my friend who is a pretty posh gal was a bit worried. However the Broadway Motel was IMMACULATELY clean, spacious, and very welcoming. We both were very please and highly recommend it!
I was only there for 2 nights, but I was made very welcome. The motel was conveniently located for all needs. The purpose of my visit to the town was a special visit to nearby Hobbiton village created from the LoTR and Hobbit films. Amazing.
Perfect place for a family. The grounds are beautifully manicured and it has a great play area for kids with bikes, tramp, sandpit etc. We stayed in ine of the family villas and it was very modern and comfortable
