We had an amazing stay at the Carriage House! The property is in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The property itself is not far away from town centre either. Adrian, our host, is a knowledgeable local with a deep love for New Zealand’s history—his fascinating stories and travel advice truly enhanced our experience. The horses on the property were so friendly, and we even spotted a grey rabbit hopping around, which added a magical touch. Adrian also took the time to show us his collection of vintage carriages, which was a real highlight. Staying at the Carriage House offered so much more than just great value—it’s an experience that money can’t buy, filled with warmth, hospitality, and a rich sense of heritage. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit Kerikeri. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent for the beach - my daughter (8) and husband were in their element with their water sports! I enjoyed watching them with my wine from the deck!

Cozy place nested among the trees. It was really nice to have breakfast or make a BBQ on the balcony. Mornings were the best waking up to the birds and cigalas. The place was very clean, well thought and great pressure in the shower!

The accommodation was very well equipped and spotless - beds very comfortable .

The location was someway out from the townships but their own in-house taxi shuttle service was excellent and very good value for money.Place is large spacious and wonderfully decorated...fitting a French villa.
