Was a cute cottage, with good facilities, not too far from Rotorua centre. Owners were super lovely, and had a booklet with information including the animals. Monty the horse came up to the fence. Would definitely stay again.

An outstanding place. A beautiful lodge, first class facilities, heaps of space, very well-designed, clean, comfortable, in a lovely location on the lake. Our stay here was fabulous, we were a party of 6 adults. The house had plenty of room for everyone and it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the house warm and we had plenty of towels. The view of the lake was amazing and the house is situated in a quiet area but close to town. Thank you Bryce for being so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house and return here again.
