it is a lovely cosy cabin, less than 2h from Oslo away. it was so lovely we didn’t want to leave! the cross country skiing was unbelievable. then we came back and made some waffles with their waffle machine. 😃 the bathroom is old fashioned but to be expected since it is a cabin. beds on the other hand, were so comfortable!!! we will certainly return.

The location was excellent as we were so high up in the mountain.
There was still some snow which our granddaughter loved.
And being so remote it was incredibly peaceful and quiet.

Perfect breakfast. We spent there only one night on our trip, so luxury wasn't needed, but good breakfast yes. And you can prepare your own pancakes. Perfect place for short stay on the road.
the cabin was just perfect! a very nice retreat, right on the lake, peaceful and quiet, so it’s everything you expect from a cabin, but even more))
