This is a cozy home located just beside a river. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed with the necessary appliances and also all the pots, plates, forks, spoons etc that you could possibly need. Very convenient for cooking your own meals or breakfast.
The living room and dining room were sufficient for our group of 6 persons.
The home was very clean when we checked-in. Hosts were responsive when we had questions.
There is a heat pump heater in the living rooms so you can get heating or cooling in summer or winter.

The location was great! The bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice. It had airconditioning and when we contacted the owners that we missed utensils someone came to bring us some right away.

The property has a beautiful location, there is a view point just 600m from the house, you see the fjords right outside the house. The house is spacious, has a well set up kitchen. The bus stop is 240 metres from the property. You can either take a bus or walk to Flåm by the river (which is quite scenic)

Great location away from the busy centre of Flam. Coffee and tea on tap and good cooking facilities were really useful as the food offer in the village is limited. Lounges and balcony have wonderful fjord views - very restful!

Very peaceful and clean. I had a private room in the hostel and it felt like luxury compared to other hostels I’ve been in. I particularly liked the kitchen and seating area, shared with just a few other rooms, and the on-site beer garden.
What a beautiful and unusual place! The house is stunning and beautifully set out. The staff were so friendly and kind and we absolutely loved our stay. The view from the shared balcony is out of this world. The shared kitchen is lovely. So many places to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We had one luxury stay (not a hostel!) in Norway and we're so glad that this is where we chose to have it.
We liked the rural location, quiet and away from the village but only a short walk to the centre. We liked the farm animals and being able to walk round the outskirts of Flåm right from the apartment. The apartments look pleasant, but there are a few lorries and diggers on the road approaching. We didn't see any staff at all so can't comment on what they were like, but communication was good.
