The location is very nice, close to Jumbo, plus the villa is really beautiful and cozy. The swing made a big difference for the kids, but overall it is a great place for a family and couples with small kids. Can imagine how it is in summer...well done Eric.
The mansion is located in a very nice neighbourhood, where the houses are very lighted and cozy (in the winter), ready for Christmas holidays. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house and the owner were nice and welcoming.
