It is a lovely big, clean house, furnished with good taste. Katy, the host, was more than helpful and gave us lots of local tips and was timely in all communications. The location is perfect and less than five minutes on foot to the entrance of Rotterdam Central Station. The area has a nice tranquility about it, even though it is central, and amenities close by are fantastic with a supermarket, a nice restaurant and a beautiful small pub, all within a 60 second walk from the front door. This said, it was very quiet in the house and people in Rotterdam, in general, are very laid back so there is no danger of not getting a good night's sleep no matter what time you go to bed or wake up.
Like many traditional Dutch houses, the stairs are steep. Absolutely not an issue if you are able for stairs, but one to note if you have mobility restrictions.

What a great location inside one of the more historical places in Delft. Very thoughtful creation of rooms that feel very luxurious. The beds were so very comfy, that I did not want to leave. Bathroom was great.
Fun room, individually-decorated - which makes such a refreshing change from the endless parade of 'luxury hotels' which all look identical (and very much like a upscale Travelodge). This was different and we enjoyed the quirkiness.
