It’s a wonderful experience at the Time Capsule retreat. The setting was incredibly serene, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, from waking up to the gentle rustling of leaves to unwinding in the evening breeze on the charming patio. Comfy bed. Clean room and toilet. Clean towel and bedsheet. Strong wifi. Simple breakfast provided. There's 3 in 1 drink diy. Got hot water/shower. Can walk to the river behind.. landscape got village vibe.
The resort is new and clean. Not much facilities but there’s a common KTV in the restaurant and card and board games to rent. A small children’s pool for play. As we’re staying here the Villa, 2nd floor, it’s directly facing the carpark. Convenient. No shoes inside the Villa hence it’s clean.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting here for the second time, and I am delighted to say that my experience was even better than before. The retreat has made significant improvements in terms of cleanliness and the overall condition of their facilities. It was evident that the retreat had taken guest feedback seriously and made the necessary changes to improve the experience.
The owner, Leon was very accommodative. He try his best to give us his best service despite short of staff.
The location of the hotel was strategic. Close to both hanging bridge and it’s situated inside the village and next to the river. There is also a little swimming pool with water from the mountain. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Bed also comfortable.
