The hotel felt very luxurious. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were really polite, kind and understanding. The hotel is far from the tourist attractions, but after all if you visit Penang solely for tourism, I would recommend staying on the island in order to avoid the traffic on the bridges.
surprisingly good. room is clean n well equip, even not luxury but well equipped. mattress n pillow is clean. bathroom is a bit small but enough. even the room itself also small but enough. wifi n internet is great, can watch netflix from laptop. have muslim food court about 50 meters (walking distance). their goreng goreng is so good. hehehe... ample parking space n quite safe.
I’m disappointed with the quality of the room given..the lobby was looking luxury, nice and clean as it is new but the rooms are ways different..the first room given the aircond was out ka service and that midnight we got to drag ourselves to a new room..the room given the toilet was a problem and the bathroom was not cleaned properly…the walls of the room is like water flow leaking..
The Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya exceeded my expectations in every way during my stay. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, from the luxurious swimming pool to the fully equipped gym, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

The place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were really nice and clean and feels much more luxurious than the price paid. A lot of amenities available in the room like iron, hairdryer, safe box, great shower. Check in was easy and the staff were excellent.
