The property is amazing and located in a safe gated community. The 2-story house is clean, modern and very spacious ! Everything in the home is top of the line : kitchen , flooring , furniture, appliances, ... The kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to cook . The house has a rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and a nice view of the Arch . We were provided with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for a perfect beach day. The water filtration system gave us peace of mind .

This villa was spacious for our family of 5. There were 5 comfortable beds and 2.5 bathrooms that allowed us to spread out. We had a nice kitchen that allowed us to prepare food and save leftovers. It had wonderful view and was really quiet. We felt very safe and had a nice spot for our car. There were two great pools along our street and our own hot tub. It was a near an awesome supermarket (Fresko) and had some great local restaurants nearby (Tacos El Tezal, Cabo Grill Shop, Mariscos, La Taquiza T-zal). Pretty quick drive to beaches Playa Santa Maria and Playa el Chileno.

Our hosts were so accommodating from before we arrived and throughout the entire stay. They cleaned the villa everyday. The villa was huge and the views from the roof were breathtaking. It's also walking distance to this really good sushi spot. 10/10

The staff is amazing! Friendly, attentive and responsive. The location is perfect to be able to walk to everything. The site’s amenities are wonderful. This was our second time staying here with friends/family and the villas are perfect.
I loved the size and views from the villas! Everything we needed was in the villa. Every detail was included inside from the confortable beds, furniture, dishes, toaster, skillet, casserole dishes, lighter for the stove. This place is ideal if you are going to cook or entertain. There are no phones in the rooms, so it is great for unplugging, there is a DVD player, which made it nostalgic. The villa is very quiet and the privacy is wonderful.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home and their recommendation/partner (Ricardo) for the water tour was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Great pool deck with nice, clean BBQ. Pool and jacuzzi temperature/cleanliness were spot on. Breathtaking views. Awesome location. Spacious villas. Superb staff all the way around. Would return in a heartbeat. Recommended without hesitation.
Overall, our stay at the Montecristo Villas was an incredible experience. The villa was exceptionally nice, spacious, and well-maintained. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The individuals involved in our stay (concierge, suite service, housekeeping, maintenance) were all helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond to our requests and questions.
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and the Montecristo Villas are their own big oasis. Lots of restaurants and pools and activities. The property is secluded and really let’s you get away and relax and you can go to the Pueblo Bonito sister resorts Rose and Blanco that are in town and right on Medano Beach if you want more action.
The villas are amazing!! You have your own hot tub and infinity pool. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The staff is second to none. You have your own concierge also!

Large family size patio. Enjoyed jacuzzi in the evening. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Has night time guard. Area looks and feels super safe . Umbrella and beach towels available. Laundry service can be obtained thru villas for a fee. Staff was very nice! Free coffee and fruit.
We have stayed at Marina View Villas previously and were extremely happy with our experience so rebooked this recent stay. The room is very comfortable, we love the view of the marina and location close to shops, restaurants and local fair. The private pool area was always clean and welcoming and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub every night!
