Definitely the best place we spent the night during our roaming over the Mauritius. The owner is very nice smily guy always wanting to help with anything including housing, shopping, leisure activities, etc. Even asking what else he could improve for next visitors. Growing own chilli, gave me his own products to taste. The house is enormous, 3 floors, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony and accessible roof, fully equipped. The market, gas station, liquor store and the beach are really close.

The 2 bedroom house is big - I felt like a king with the property to myself for a whole month

I set up a yoga mat in front of the TV and had my own yoga studio for the entire duration (Highly recommended!)

Kitchen facilities are excellent, I especially enjoyed using the electric hob and oven - I cooked everyday!

2 excellent hosts who will meet you with the keys, they live very locally so if you need anything you can contact them
Winners supermarket 10 mins walk away, but also a huge local supermarket called Dream Price that is only 2 minutes away
Many many food stalls selling street food at a decent price, you will never go hungry
Just 10 minutes to the beach (Jump on the bus is the easiest way)

The host was amazing! Anabelle arranged for our transportation from the airport and even managed to find a place to buy some dinner late at night because we had a late night flight. If you want a nice place to stay near airport, this is it!

The property is located in a quiet town, but typical Mauritian town. Close from beaches , a supermarket 10 minutes by foot.
Villa Jehan is spacious , very clean and everything you need is there . The pool is also nice and clean , Reshad and his Wife clean it regularly but ask if it is ok to access the property.

The host and his wife were super friendly. When we arrived they showed us around the house. You always get the complete vila for yourself so you don't have to share anything with strangers. The villa was clean and the environment is also very quiet. We were able to park our car inside. The location itself is perfect, close to Gris Gris beach. The host also gave a lot of recommendations in the neighbourhood . They were very helpful and made us first stay in Mauritius incredible.
Very good location. The beach / waterfalls are accessible walking (around 30mn). The flat was bigger than expected, and all the amenities to either cook or store your food, with luxurious greeneries all around. (You will be awaken by the birds). You have few places to go shopping around or have some food ! I did not try them all, but the corner one was great. I recommend visiting Gris Gris beach, Rochester fall and cascade mamzelle !
